I’m Dr. Elizabeth Cho-Fertikh.  I received a doctorate in epigenetics which is the study of how our lifestyle factors and environment impact our genes.  This has direct relevance to longevity as the activities we pursue, the foods we eat, the sleep we get, among other engagements represent lifestyle choices.  The best part is that epigenetics can be modified which means we have some control over our health destiny!
